Overview
Admissions CRM is a comprehensive recruitment manager for
intitutes of higher education. Its functionality allows you to be
proactive in communicating with prospective students, applicants, and incoming
students by sending personalized messages tailored to interests of the
individual. The system is currently in development as part of a partnership
between Moore School of
Business
at the University of South Carolina and
GraySail, a basic demo of Admissions CRM is available
upon request, and deployment of the system is scheduled for mid-fall
2005.
Features
Admissions CRM will showcase the following
features:
- Profile Management - Manage detailed profiles on all you constitutents.
Profiles include personal information, contact information, application data,
and more.
- Search & Update Single Profile
- Batch Update Profiles
- Cross Reference Profiles to eliminate duplicates
- Campaign Management - Utilize custom filters and messages to create and
maintain communication campaigns. Campaigns account for e-mail, postal,
and telephone communication.
- Create Messages for print or electronic communication
- Create Filters that allow for specific targeting on campaigns
- Edit Campaings, Messages, & Filters
- View Detailed Histories and Logs
- Report Generation - Partner filters with statistic generation tools in order to produce accurate reports quicly. Save reports for future use, and set triggers to automatically create and e-mail them.
- Create Resources - Use the campaign filters to create mailing labels, name tags, attendee lists, file lables, table tents, place cards, phone call lists, and more.
- Task Management - Create an assign tasks to staff members and review their status at any time.
- Correspondence Tracking - Track the communications issued from the system, and log correspondence that occured using external sources.
- Interview Scheduling - Select applicants to invite for interviews, set available interview times, and track interview communications and comments all in one place.
- Inquiry Management - Take inquiries from Web site visitors and log them automatically in the sytem.
- Registrant Management - Create and publicize events then manage the registrants, run reports, print resources, and more.
- System Administration - Create users and set permissions for the system, and import and export data as needed.
